Prescription requests require two working days to process. They can be dropped into the prescription box, sent via the post with a self addressed envelope, by fax or by email or you can order online via Patient Access (please note that you must be registered to use this service).
Prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
